1. Who we are
HomeArc Learning (“HomeArc”, “we”, “us”) is operated by:

These Terms form an agreement between you and ever-growing LLC. By creating an account or using HomeArc, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. No payment is currently charged
HomeArc is currently offered as a free early-access product. No payment is currently charged, no payment details are collected, and there is no subscription, plan or checkout. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will publish updated terms and ask for your agreement before charging anything.
3. Adult accounts only
Accounts may be created and held only by adults (18 years or older) who are the parent or legal guardian of the learners they add, or who are otherwise legally responsible for those learners’ education. You confirm this when you accept these Terms.
Learners are records inside your account. Children do not receive their own logins, do not sign in, and cannot create accounts. You control every learner record and may edit or delete it at any time.
4. Learner profiles
An account may hold up to five learner profiles. Each profile is intended to describe a real child in your care so that plans can be matched to the right level. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping learner information to what is genuinely needed for planning.
5. Your uploads
You may upload evidence of a learner’s current level — for example a photograph of completed work, a short PDF, or notes. You must have the right to upload each file. Do not upload material you do not own or otherwise have permission to use, and do not upload copyrighted curriculum, workbooks or assessments in order to have them reproduced.
You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store your files privately and to process them so we can generate your plans.
6. Benchmarking is copyright-safe by design
HomeArc reads publicly published grade-level expectations and standards to work out what a learner is generally expected to know. It summarizes and cites those expectations; it does not reproduce copyrighted curriculum, published lesson materials, textbook pages or assessment banks, and it will refuse requests to do so. Generated lessons are original material written for your learners.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you agree not to create accounts by automated means, evade the limits that protect the service, attempt to access other people’s accounts or data, probe or attack our systems, upload malware or executable content, or use HomeArc to produce unlawful, harmful or age-inappropriate material. Our Acceptable Use Policy gives the detail and forms part of these Terms.
8. Generated content and no guaranteed outcomes
HomeArc uses automated systems, including AI models and web research, to produce plans, lessons and worksheets. Output can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. You must review everything before you teach it.
HomeArc is a planning aid. It is not a school, not accredited instruction, and not legal advice about your jurisdiction’s homeschooling requirements. We do not guarantee any educational result, test score, standards coverage, or compliance with any state, district or national requirement. Confirming what your jurisdiction requires remains your responsibility.
9. Availability and changes to the service
This is an early-access product. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. We may modify or discontinue the service. Where a change materially affects you, we will make reasonable efforts to tell you in advance and to let you export your data.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using HomeArc at any time and delete your account from the Account page; deleting the account deletes the plans, learner records and uploads it contains.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, abuses the service or its limits, or puts other users or our systems at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so we will tell you why and give you an opportunity to export your data first.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ever-growing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits or lost educational time arising out of your use of HomeArc. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Each version carries a version label. When the Terms or the Privacy Policy change, you will be asked to review and accept the new version the next time you sign in, and you will not be able to continue using the service until you do.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled by the courts competent for that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law of your place of residence.
