Acceptable Use Policy
Version 2026-08 · Last updated August 2026
Purpose
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. It exists so that a free, shared service stays available and safe for the families using it.
Accounts
- One account per household. Do not create accounts in bulk or by automated means.
- Do not attempt to bypass the account-creation limits, for example by cycling addresses or connections.
- Do not share your sign-in credentials or let another person use your account.
- Do not attempt to access another account, its plans, its learners or its files.
Uploads
- Upload only PDF, PNG, JPEG or plain-text files, up to five files per learner and subject.
- Upload only material you have the right to upload. Do not upload copyrighted curriculum, workbooks or assessments in order to have them reproduced.
- Do not upload executables, archives, macro-enabled documents, scripts or anything designed to run code.
- Do not embed instructions in a file in an attempt to steer the AI. Uploaded content is treated as evidence only and such instructions are ignored.
- Keep learner information minimal; do not upload unrelated personal records.
Content
Do not use HomeArc to generate or store unlawful material, material that sexualizes or endangers minors, harassment, hate speech, or content that is not appropriate for the learner it is intended for. Do not use it to produce medical, legal or psychological advice.
Technical
- Do not scan, probe, overload or attack the service, and do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
- Do not scrape the service or use it through unauthorized automated clients.
- Do not resell generation capacity or operate the service on behalf of others.
Enforcement
We may throttle, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and we may remove content that clearly violates it. Serious or repeated abuse can lead to permanent removal. Report abuse to michael.fink@ever-growing.de.
